What is it about?
We are a company that offers commercial and industrial companies the opportunity to lease their roofs for the operation of photovoltaic systems. We handle all administrative tasks, and there are no costs for the lessor.
Lease payments for the roof are made either annually over a period of 20 years or as a lump sum upon commissioning of the system. Furthermore, the lessor has the opportunity to cover his electricity needs at a significantly lower price than before.
The roofs should offer a total of at least 1,000 m2 of unshaded area.
If a roof needs to be renovated, we are also available in cooperation with our partner company.

Attractive and secure returns for investors
Investments in PV systems installed on leased roofs offer investors good returns and numerous advantages.
Why?
Lower start-up capital: Because the roof is leased, there's no need to purchase buildings, halls, roofs, or land. This saves costs and improves cash flow in the first few years. Existing power lines: No costs for long cable runs, as the connection to the utility company is already in place. Low to no security costs: A fenced facility or additional lighting is not required. Increased security: Access to a rooftop system is guaranteed by the building owner.
Economic efficiency example:
A 200 kilowatt peak system on a roof area of approximately 1,200 m². Specific yield (kWh/kWp/year): 900. Annual electricity production: 180,000 kWh. Feed-in tariff per kWh: 11.09 cents. Construction costs: approximately EUR 200,000. Annual operating costs: EUR 4,600. Insurance costs: EUR 1,600. Operation and maintenance: EUR 1,800. Roof lease: EUR 1,200. Feed-in revenue: EUR 19,962.
